БИОТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД К СОЗДАНИЮ КОРМОВЫХ ДОБАВОК НА ОСНОВЕ МИКРОКЛОНАЛЬНОЙ БИОМАССЫ PAULOWNIA TOMENTOSA

Разработка кормовых добавок на растительной основе является актуальным направлением современной биотехнологии, направленным на повышение устойчивости и эффективности животноводства. Особый интерес представляют быстрорастущие растения с высоким потенциалом накопления биомассы, такие как Paulownia tomentosa. Цель исследования – получение микроклональной биомассы P. tomentosa в условиях in vitro и оценка ее потенциальной кормовой ценности на основе биохимических и функциональных показателей. Методы. Микроклональное размножение проводилось по стандартным протоколам. Биомасса анализировалась на содержание сырого белка, клетчатки, аминокислотного состава и микроэлементов. Антиоксидантную активность определяли методами DPPH и ABTS. Потенциальную кормовую ценность оценивали с использованием модельных рационов и расчетных показателей переваримости и обменной энергии. Результаты. Установлено, что микроклональная биомасса содержит 18,6 % сырого белка, характеризуется сбалан сированным аминокислотным профилем и проявляет антиоксидантную активность (IC₅₀ DPPH – 0,84 мг/мл). Стандартизированные условия культивирования обеспечили воспроизводимость показателей. Расчетная оценка показала, что включение 1–5 % биомассы в рацион способствует повышению об менной энергии и переваримости сухого вещества. Выводы. Микроклональная биомасса P. tomentosa является перспективным источником растительного сырья для кормовых добавок. Полученные результаты носят расчетный характер и требуют дальнейшей экспериментальной проверки в условиях in vitro и in vivo.
